  • What should I wear to my color service appointment?
    When you are coming for a color service appointment, it's a good idea to wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting color or chemicals on. Here are a few tips to keep in mind: Wear dark clothing: Avoid wearing light-colored clothing, as color or chemicals could stain your clothes. Avoid tight-fitting clothing: Clothing that's too tight can be uncomfortable when you're sitting in a salon chair for an extended period of time. (Depending on the service the appointment could be 4hrs+) Remember that the most important thing is to be comfortable during your appointment. If you have any specific concerns or questions about what to wear, please don't hesitate to ask.
  • What is the Maintenance time frame for Microlinks, Tape-ins & I-Tips?
    Microlinks: To ensure proper maintenance, we recommend tightening every 4 to 6 weeks. I-Tips: Are strand by strand, To ensure proper maintenance, we recommend every 8 to 10 weeks. Note: Anything after the recommended maintenance time frame above would be considered a re-install. Tape-ins: Are secured by a tape adhesive, To ensure proper maintenance, we recommend removing and re-installing every 6 weeks.
  • Can I bring my children and or friend?
    Unfortunately, the salon is limited on space, so we kindly recommend lesser company.
  • How much do hair extension cost?
    The cost of hair extensions can vary widely depending on factors such as the type of extensions, the quality of the hair, the length and volume desired In general, clip-in hair extensions can range from $50 to $500, while tape-in extensions typically cost between $200 and $800. Other types of extensions, such as micro-link extensions, can cost even more, with prices ranging from $500 to $3,000 or more. Keep in mind that these are ballpark estimates, and the cost of hair extensions can vary significantly depending on individual factors. It's best to book a consultation for a personalized quote.
  • Do you have a service guarantee policy?
    if you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within one week of your visit and we will do our best to get you taken care of.
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    We have adopted a 24hrs cancellation policy for our services. We appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if re-scheduling needs to be made.
  • Do we require a deposit for hair extension services?
    Yes, we require a deposit to cover the cost of hair, or and secure the appointment date.
  • What type of color product do we use?
